Healthcare costs are on the rise in this country —from higher costs at the physician’s office and pharmacy to the increase in per pay contributions for medical coverage! BISD and you cannot continue to absorb these costs. Therefore, we need to make a strong effort to control our claims costs by changing our basic health behavior—a change towards living a healthy lifestyle.
